Lost or Stolen Packages

Marlowe Reeve is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout but not received. If your tracking shows delivered and you haven't received your order, please contact your local courier first, then reach out to us at info@marlowereeve.com and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we're happy to help redirect a package where possible.
